Environmental Benefits of the CES OxyNol Process:
Our Green Energy Program is Ready to Scale:
CES OxyNol Patented Process: The CES OxyNol process is a unique and proprietary technology that converts municipal solid waste and sewage sludge into ethanol or other biofuels. The company's principals have invested $55 million USD in technology development.
The company secured 9 domestic and 60 international patents for its core process. The patents were renewed, as needed.
The CES OxyNol process produces from 280,342 to 841,026 tons of carbon credits per year, depending on the volume of daily waste processed at the facility. OxyNol Solutions Carbon Credits are: (a) eligible for SDM registration under the Paris Agreement/UNFCCC, (b) transferability under ITMO protocols, and (c) capable of monetization on the Carbon Credits Exchange Markets.
Demonstration Facility Operated with Institutional Partner:
The CES OxyNol technology was proven at industrial scale during WWII. Four years of testing with TVA demonstrated the viability and flexibility of OxyNol Solutions' core technology.
Environmental Protection Agency Permitting Secured:
The CES OxyNol process meets or exceeds the most stringent environmental protection standards, thereby facilitating easier permitting and public acceptance.
The U.S. EPA and NYSDEC determined the appropriate classification for the CES OxyNol waste conversion facility and concluded that it is not an incinerator or a chemical plant.
This EPA designation is significant in terms of public acceptance of OxNol Solutions' projects and greatly accelerates the company’s ability to secure major permits for its facilities.
OxyNol Solutions possesses the technical data needed to secure the air, ground, and water environmental permits required for its waste-to-fuels facilities in any country. The permits provide assurance that the CES OxyNol waste-to-fuel process is environmentally safe.
Facility Design, Finance and Execution:
OxyNol Solutions has developed an extensive engineering and design package that is adaptable for commercialization worldwide. The company paid $4.8 million USD to develop and own front-end loaded (FEL) plans and specifications for construction of its commercial-scale waste-to-fuels facilities by a qualified and capable Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firm on a design-build basis with a maximum guaranteed price and a performance bond.
The design capacity of an OxyNol Solutions pro forma waste conversion facility ranges from 1,000 per day of acceptable municipal solid wastes to 3,000 tons per day.
The company can also assist licensees or its special purpose affiliates in obtaining suitable project financing relationships with Tier One international infrastructure project financing institutions around the world.
OxyNol Solutions' FEL engineering and design resources are readily available for commercial deployment anywhere in the world.
